I Like Quiet Places

A car crash,
Sudden Realisation,
Waiting for that smash,
A quick revelation.
I think I should have spent more time,
Looking for quiet places,
Constantly talking, a relentless chime,
Spent so much time in crowded spaces.
The world was always too busy for me,
For someone who has trouble socialising,
My life became a burning effigy,
To hectic aggravating chaos, mesmerising.
I see the car, it’s close now.
My mind thinking of friends and family, their faces,
But my final thought will be how,
I wanted more time in quiet places.
