I Might Offend & Bend the Light

“God so loved the world”: and this is faith: a pier of pain: a

Flaming gate. My grieving heart, favors Christ: I might

Offend, and bend the light; and soul to love—the love of

Souls: a valley wet: a tenet cold. Indeed a death, the port of

Life; and burning truth, the coup of strife; and plural faith,

The love of gods: I worship One: a life macabre; but flaming

Joy, the soul of skies: a shoulder glint: Elijah’s cries; and

Feel the sword, a Scripture rite: the woes of Love: the tears

Of Light. A wounded heart, a sea of pain: a need to wail,

And so ashamed; and tablets gold, a sacred Law: a priestly

Fey: a vision Raw; and thus to come, a prophet’s Blood:

The Son of God: the likes of One; and this is faith, the gates

Of flame: a bias raft: a biblic frame. My grieving heart,

Favors Christ: I might offend, and bend the light.

Hi Cherie. My grieving heart favors Christ, speaks to faith. This is the path that I have chosen, and the beliefs surrounding this faith, may offend some people; and although I am firm in my belief, I may bend the light at times; of course light, with a lower case l. This position lends weight to my respect for the faiths of others. However, by following certain beliefs, I may offend others and their beliefs.
