I wander and search

I have wandered far and wide
in search of a soul-mate
iv'e encountered snakes ,slimy ,sneaky
ready to poison and render me useless
met green-eyed monsters
ready to jump and weigh me down
fallen off the pier ,swam with sharks
ready to open their jaws and crush my bones
but now i'll swim faster than a marlin fish
faster than the wind itself to avoid danger
the quest is hard,but life is hard
out in the wide world
there is a gentle lamb
a brave tame lion
a soul-mate awaits 
just for me !
