I WANT TO SLEEP FOREVER

I want to sleep forever and never awake 
Getting up would be a big mistake 
When you are awake you have things to do 
Like going to work or cleaning the loo 

Being asleep you forget all your worries and cares 
You forget about the real world and current affairs 
If only I could pretend everything was fine and okay 
I'm sure it would be easier to start the day 

I look at my watch and decide it's time for bed 
It's a wonder I sleep with all these things in my head
