I WILL BURY YOUR SOUL

Come leave your soul with me
i will bury it with fresh falling leaf
mystery comes in the nights talking song
if your arms cannot find me
then i will search the fountains form
everytime the winter kisses the frozen ground
i will melt the wings of gods last clown
painted bridges still wet from the fastest tear
leave your soul in my shadows blame
its longer now as the sun is shamed
outside above the still sounds
ive laid the wood in sacred fires
you left before we feasted on the flame
carry all the waves the oceans saved
wash your soul within a salty grave
Smoking cigarettes ,with my whisky frowns
laying on the wooden piers
staring at visited stars
whistling sad songs , saying were not alone
leave your soul in this prayer
spoken or wall written
buried in the classical birth
bell ringing for the choirs
shot with messiahs
Now awake in this bar
piss stained relics
blood seeking hounds
running as halos unleashed in visions chapter
you left your soul in this created hole
friendless rag spitting scissors
writing lamenting howls
snatched from nightly flowers
buried with the falling leaf

A very interesting piece of poetry, terry terri ZO.
No one really knows what awaits us just across death's threshold. However, having said that, we all run life's race at our own pace.
Some reach that final finish line much sooner than others for a number of different reasons.
In the end, we are all bound for the same destination–the cold, cruel confines of death and the grave.
Nicely penned...
