I wonder what’s next

My minds gone completely blank,
I need someone to rid me of this curse for heaven’s sake.
There is nothing worse than having empty thoughts,
It’s as if my hearts been stroked with a tomahawks.
Days have gone by and no words come to mind
My wish and desire is for this to unwind.
Maybe taking a break is the solution
Taking a step back from my dream or illusion.
I bid farewell to you for now
And hope to find a new path somehow.
This is not the end but only the beginning of a fresh start 
To reach a new passion one that is desired by my heart.
