I’d Love

     I love to write a poem off the top of my head 
I might be driving on a freeway or chillin with a friend 
but I can hear the song 
     I love to go home and see that everything’s ok
i grab a pencil and start to pray 
but there’s nothing going on 
     I’d love to write a poem off the top of my head 
but I need inspiration and it’s nobody’s fault

or get you off of my mind instead
