If I Could... (Collaboration between Lily Cas and Dblankportrait)

If I could, 
place a fluttering kiss upon those lips,
feel the intoxicating joy from playful quips
to be elated and filled with utter bliss
by the songs of birds I'd dare not miss….

If I could, 
taste the warmth of your alluring smile, 
and glide my cheeks, along your thighs
releasing my fingers through your hair
to bespeak all my vows, in a breath of air….

If I could, 
hold you in my arms, caress your ivory skin
to touch your soul buried deep within;
words need not describe my love
as pure and white as a morning dove…

If I could, 
Delve into the sea of verses unspoken,
to spume the naked paths once broken
and sail the waves of your salt’d skin
to the treasures of love lock’d within…

I got sudden inspiration from DB's 'If I could...' poem and this is what happened when we put our heads together and wrote another. So the credit is not all mine! This was my first collaboration with someone and I am so proud with how it turned out! We hope you enjoy it!! :))
