If I could go back

If I could go back to my fountain head
Where all dreams are achieved today
A place set apart for the pure
Whose eyes are set on golden objects
Wickedness and doubt is not known to them

If I could be found believing without any reservations
And be in a position where I know what to do
If I could walk the path laid out for me
Living a life that was predestined for me
I yearn to discover the truth and be sanctified by it

If I could be initiated in passion and fearlessness
And perform my exact function as a unique being
Be stationed in humility and embrace feedback
If my status could remain incorruptible
As I allow pain and pleasure to motivate me

If I could repossess my special original self
Be established in righteousness and greatness
I pant for a pure soul
A soul not stained by bitterness and anger
I desire to adhere to divine declarations
