'if' not 'when'

I get that you are worried and i get you really care.
 I get that nothing I say or do will change the fate we all do so hate and fear.
 but all we can do is live.
each second,
each day,
month and year,
with each and every memory, not filled with all these watery tears......
im grateful for all the loving, and it warms me that you're here,
I wouldn't have it differently cos now my heart is seared....
if we live life to its fullest,
each and every day,
'if' not 'when' the time comes,
 we'll have some ultra amazing memories xx
