If only

If there was a beautiful horizon 
Were before there was blackness 

I like to figure I could see it 

 

If the sun came up in familiar ways

I'd like to think as I grew older

I could perceive it.

 

If the phantom in the dark

Wouldn't shine on his parade in 

The dark part of the park I might

 

Have overlooked it. If only....

I don't believe for a minute you have any imbalance, I have many friends who have never found true love, and some are in their 50's/60's it's the times we live in dear Rory, if we spend less time on our devices, phones, Laptops and we went outside more, the world has a view a better view we sometimes forget to look at it, human contact my friend. 🌹
