One of my favourite songs is about a horse, it's sung by Christie Moore and it's called (Ride On) apart from the fact he is an outstanding Irish singer he sings with such passion and writes his own lyrics. I've seen him sing it live in London and it is just full of magic and it speaks to the soul the Guitar is also outstanding. 🌹
Here I will leave the lyrics, if you Google you can listen to the music.
(Ride on) Lyrics
True you ride the finest horse
I've ever seen
Standing 16 1" or 2" with eyes wild and green
And you ride the horse so well, hands light to the touch
I could never go with you no matter how I wanted to
Ride on, see you, I could never go with you
No matter how I wanted to
When you ride into the night without a trace behind
Run your claw along my gut one last time
I turn to face an empty space where once you used to lie
And look for a smile to light the night through a teardrop in my eye
Ride on, see you, I could never go with you
No matter how I wanted to
Sounds good. I've got The Spotify so will give a listen. IE. My theme about the hills and flowers came from the record Pressure machine by The killers. Do you know them? This latest album did away with the synth and focused on a more organic sound I found I really liked.
I don't know them, I live in the hills of Tuscany and work with the under 3's sesame street I know though. Hey I went to listen how beautiful.is that music I will download the album and listen to it all. Thank you. 🌹

"Horses carry beggars
Over the hill
Where dreams turn true
And wishes come real"
Where the beggars are now the lords
And their shovels are for steak
Their lives never taken for granted
as they swim upon the lake
The horses they ride on in mist
The mornings are now bright
Horses carried beggars, they would carry them til night
Ah just playing with your inspiring lyrics here. 🌹
Well done Harrison! I like a colab, too shy to ask
As per my last comment, see how you've given life to where before there was no life?

Those hills they did get lonely
The flowers they did die
But the horses kept their gallop
As sun shone in the sky
I like this loose lyric
Take them and run with them 🐎
Will do
Not much room here but in regards to your verse...one can only hope x
