Poem -

Sunchild

God will only take you so far.
Where as the sun takes you right

Into it's heart.

There's a table sits utterly idle.

There are chairs emptied of the

   arrivals.

There is us, then there are those

People who would

Happily be single-minded.

I live in a Place where there are many single minded people, people who have never left their town never known any different from a lifetime of ordinary and the familiar. I'm not such a fan of these type people because I clash with their opinions, however there are.also those I love. Rumi said not to take holiday advice from someone who has never left home.  I believe this to be great advice, and even I don't challenge their arguments anymore A lovely write. 🌹
