If you could read my mind,
You may find the real me,
Drowning in poetry,
In visions that only I can see,
Memories of the past still haunt me,
Lost within the depths of history,
Within the sense of real,
And what is not,
Illusions, nightmares have begun to rot,
A cancerous tumour,
Of which there is no cure,
Can make you feel confused,
Can make you feel unsure,
But if you look hard enough,
If you probe,
Youโd find a man,
Who can teleport in every part of the globe,
A man with a gift,
Unknown to some,
That has no need to run,
For when I close my eyes,
I drift across African skies,
I surf down Tokyoโs skyline,
I move through worlds,
And I bend time,
But you would know all of this,
If you could read my mind,
