I'm Amazed

It amazes me 

how art is not fully appreciated the way it should be

It is devalued, yet we all run to it whenever "life"

is too much

The art of music "soothes"

The magnificence of nature,

it's beauty alone is art

The art of expression, with drawings and paintings

creations upon canvas

I think it is just as important as food and water

to nourish and to feed

to level out crooked

giving the balance it needs

All work and no play

this is more than a cliche'

It is an expression that ruins

The peace of it's reality

I challenge the mind

of the man that trys

to conquer lifes empty

To be bold and full of light

Add the artist to your life

bring the sunshine to your night

There is much to say of art

It's melody to hear, see, and feel

Deep inside, art never hides

Outwardly it's presence is REAL!!!
