I’m sorry, I don’t know you, but

I’m sorry,
I don’t know you, but you knew
You knew what was going on
Going on behind your doors
In front of your eyes that see
In front of your ears that hear
I mean oh my gosh
Your allowed to be a shit
Your allowed not to like people
But be real about it
Don’t throw it at people: who, were simply your heavy’s
Your dirty hands
Because quite honestly, saying you didn’t know is worse still.

An intriguing write, Garth. Very, very good. I wonder how many of us have heard those words... The "Oh, I didn't know" words, used by people who really DID know and used as though it absolves them somehow. You really know how to get your reader to think x
Hey Being Me
Thanks for your feed back. I really appreciate it. This was one of my faster writes, and I’m glad u enjoyed it.
It seems To me that we are hearing it a lot these days, “I didn’t know,” like that makes it all better?
