Imagination Nation

I’m writin loads of lyrics, I’m composing loads of verse, 
It don’t make me cry, it gives me a high, I can’t really call it a curse, 
I’m committing my thoughts to paper, I’ve decided to write a book, 
I don’t suppose it’ll make any dosh, that’s just not my kind of luck, 
I’m doing it for the enjoyment, it makes my companions smile, 
Just stories and funny amusements, I try to be versatile. 
I don’t try and think of a tale to relate, I just have to visualize, 
An adventure to share and the words they are there, they just seem to materialize. 
More people should try it its funny, it’s a good way to broaden your mind, 
It’s great, a break, a way to escape to a dream of a different kind. 
How big is your imagination? How daft do you think you can be? 
Are you reading and laughin and thinking “He’s mad!” 
Or cabbaging on your setee? 
Reality’s whatever you make it, its different for everyone see, 
To some it’s a prison, to some it’s a park, 
But to all it costs nothing, it’s free.
