Poem -

Immortal content.

A painted face, eyes white like cotton fields
she begun to imagine
The desparity of a passing truth, lampshade overturned, old books' with dusty jackets, the velvet type with immortal content

Oh the days have changed, and replaced the features of time
Like halved dedication
- a quick note, an email

While the carting horse lays resting stable

And the longing clouds float by

White, whitest eyes'
How funny she looks
With plump red cheeks
The mirror laughs
And remands the only
Onlooker

In This crowd of thoughts, this play of play's

Between the olden views
And modernitys ways.
