This is a pure example of a poem that is, as Marion said so very poignant, but is told from only a whisper. That in itself deserves a standing ovation. Shaun, full honours to you. Just hit the nail on the head with this one. Bloody fantastic!!

It is deep within the softness and the melancholy of memory and the magic of dreams where words like 'poignant' can be applied to poetic expression.....for me......this poem is a page from the journal of tears we all carry (happy or sad)....and eventually manifest somehow......I am so happy to have been able to have shared in one of the pages of your memories dear poet brother!!......PINNED!!....thanx so much sharing this!!........your pen is mighty my friend!!.......LOVE & ROCKETS!!.......T xo  :  )

Dreams are a powerful thing indeed. And you pen this power beautifully here. Loss brings such loneliness. But dreams can reprieve an aching heart, for a glimpse moment. I am certain many who come across this wonderful poem, will be able to relate to your every word
