Poem -
in silence
(song for a little bird)
I heard the rain falling
then
I saw lightning
I heard thunder
I didn't hear words but
somehow
I heard a heart crying
asking for love
my heart heard your voice
I cried too
after the storm passed
you smiled at me and
I smiled at you
in silence
with no words
only the sound of piano drizzling and
the whistle
of the passing clouds
