In the Aisle I stood for a while

In the Aisle I stood for a while

In the aisle I stood for a while ...
Next to the the 12 year old mother
In the aisle I stood for a while
Next to a paralyzed father
In the aisle I stood for a while
Next to Disabled Veteran
In the aisle I stood for a while
Next to the Millionaire
In the aisle I stood for a while
Next to a murder Suspect
In the aisle I stood for a while
Next to a racist
In the aisle I stood for a while
Next to a Christian
When I finally entered I felt the love
When I exited I felt compassion
While walking down that aisle I smiled
While almost out of sight
I spread the word
Of how alike all of us are
So ....
I'm the aisle just stand for a while
And you'll see it was all worthwhile
