Poem -
In the Beginning of Our Forever
this is what it feels like .. sometimes ..
Now, is the very
beginning
of our forever
and while
there is a reason
for everything ..
Except us,
or so it seems,
unless love
is a good enough
reason
of course ..
Then out of our
reach,
distant horizons
remain,
steadfast but so
remote
and stretching
before us, like
infinity stretches
imagination ..
And so my love,
maybe
we should each
pray for longevity ..
