In The Palm of Your Hand.
The world in the palm of your hand.
In the palm of your hand,
A crystal ball of life,
Where the world keeps turning and Nothing is neither black or white.
Microcosm of society,
Encapsulated by the universe that I feel inside of me.
It's either anger or love,
That people will confront you with.
People made statuses,
Either born into or self created to be.
That's not my cup of tea,
As you cannot see people's truth Through a digital screen,
Masked by a life that they want you to believe is all real.
Struggles are part of life,
It gives you purpose to do better.
Having the world in the palm of your hand,
Do you explore it with your mind and or with your physical presence.
Realising material things has nothing on the natural beauty this world has to offer.
Opportunities at your finger tips,
If you can put your fear aside,
Venturing into the unknown,
Optimistic and wide eyed.
Soul elevation,
Self emancipation,
With the world in the palm of my hand,
I am free to be whatever or wherever I want to be.
Disregarding other people's expectations and reality of me.
No restrictions or pessimistic imposed projection,
Letting my positive energy lead me...

Wow Georgia I loved the comparison of holding a crystal ball to holding the world in the palm of your hand. A poem about taking charge of your life. Keeping things real and staying focused. A great message rings through your words x
