Indefinite

I.

I did not exist before I met you

And yet I came into existence as a person with "history"

And now we entwine as intrinsic relationship

And our being is indefinite

Perhaps we shall know one another for an eternity

Or we may look back as dinghies that passed by

In swirling swell under the dim moonlight

And tickled by distant stars

II.

We did not exist before You met us

In flooded Your history

Ever surprising us

We have drowned

Our vessels sunken to rock bottom

Our souls inhabiting Your ocean

As we morph and dance below the waves

With intimate kisses of bioluminescence
