Indirect Conversation

Shoes well shined, missions not for glory
Words amiss yet applied to listeners
Looks and jestures, regarded near and far
Smiles, mistaken for war cries and the like
praise for problems, notwithstanding what
Pause prefering, allowing the free spot
Directly speaking to whomsoever

Your children's shoes amiss, yet you do this
Excuses to those who hear but know well
Looks and jestures, regarded near and far
Smiles, mistaken for war cries and the like
Praise is a problems, when others know what
Even if you pause allowing free spots
Indirectly speaking, to whomever!
