innocence is still there

if you search beneath the dark thought's of your past
you will find what you lost to begin
an innocent voice disrupted by a series of unfortunate events
if you look closely you will see the strong person you were
in overcoming hurt,pain and misery
looking back to find that innocence mean's you survived
the hurricane to look back
the innocent voice is now a strength of word's and meaning's
grown and learnt from the past
the universe goes round ,so do our thought's
the past can't be left behind
as it's your innocent voice climbing step's to maturity
the heart,mind and soul stronger for that
innocence was the beginning
it's still there at the end
just not persistent to take over
a whirlwind of emotion's
to make "YOU" the person you are
