Poem -

Insecure

Dark room,
Curtains shut,
Pretty secluded,
You're in a rut,
Cut myself off,
Hide away,
Don't have the strength,
To see out the day,
But then I realise,
It's not that bad,
We all get low,
Feel unbelievably sad,
But it's not all dark,
It's not all grim,
Thinking I want to be with her,
Or be like him,
There's no need for envy,
Or to want what they own,
There's a lot to be learnt,
And more to be shown.

Hey Dean, Lovely sad write, I loved these lines

"There's no need for envy,
Or to want what they own,
There's a lot to be learnt,
And more to be shown."

Thanks for Sharing. Cheers.
