Inviting the Plague.

Inviting the Plague.

You're their favorite plague. An ocean sick.
Harsh raging waters poisoned with oils,
Belly up fish, trapped in fish nets frantic.
A temerature so great, the ocean boils.

You're their favorite plague. A desert dry.
Rough sweeping winds blowing sand threw the night,
Then threw to morning, blacking out the sky,
I see a mirage, it's death coming to life.

You're their favorite plague. A city full.
Everyone seems to have the same sickness-
love. Bed ridden with heart ache, hugging wool-
blankets, ashamed they fell for loves sly temptress.

Still, you're everyone's favorite plague disguised;
coming to life threw your victims eye's.
