Irreversible Momentum

Irreversible Momentum

And death was shaped through the shadow of creation.
Like sketching on paper over brick.
The artist is there but the mind is vacant.
You’ve never been here before but you recognise the location.
Irreversible momentum.
And life was captured through stained glass windows from cathedrals within your mind.
Ten thousand suns, warming every soul, every future, and every past.
You think you’ve felt this before but it fades away so fast every time.
It could never last.
Momentum irreversible as cathedrals made from sand burn and turn to glass.
Past and future collide as time re-writes through your eyes.
Visual prowess, overhauling all that ever was.
Putting colour to canvas, creating paintings of utopia through the brush.
Replacing all facts with a fiction of a world that only knows love.
No longer Irreversible, the momentum of everything becoming undone.

Imprisoning the leftover paint...
