IS IT ANY WONDER

Is it any wonder life is so very confusing 
When one person finds life sad the other finds it amusing 
Is it any wonder the rich are getting greedy 
When they ignore the homeless, poor and needy

Is it any wonder the youth carry a gun 
When they have no enjoyment and fun 
Is it any wonder religion in the world gets in the way 
When there is so many religions and different ways to pray 

Is it any wonder the homeless live on the street 
When they haven't got a penny to make ends meet 
Is it any wonder the world is in a such a mess 
When people respect and admire each other less and less
