Isis
Oβ beguiling moon on which I gaze,
Of iridescence I do praise,
Fragile heart, mortal weak,
Upon silent prowess, I seek.
Beauteous ornate senescence
Try as I may, I cannot see,
Why a glow rivets me,
Fortis an iridescent light
Orbis, Infiniti bright.
I but enthralled by presence.
Iβve gazed in wonder,
Transfixed under,
Isis, edify perplexing way,
Enlighten resplendent array.
Grant herculean strength.
Devilries but an illusion,
Imbuing daft hearts confusion,
I'm but a zealot fool,
Deem the gods to be cruel.
I behest wisdom at any length

Poetic you....all smiles
Aww you always make me blush...thank you Lorris.Β
Great poem and format Lisa. It's similar to a format I try to use sometimes. It can be difficult to get right. I like how you switch it halfway through too.
Great descriptions. Well written.

Ah, sister Lisa, you are moon governed, that is all. Children of the moon make great navigators. Great sailors and explorers. Most important, the moon governed are the most free within thier own minds. Poetry is our voyage sister Lisa.

I was born under a water sign. I guess that is my one strength. thank you so much Nigel. your support is so very much appreciated
Being born to water. To be moon governed. Gifts that give so many strengths, you just need to gently find them all. Or let them find you. Water always finds the easiest ways.
Blessed be, sister Lisa
