It is not a sin to cry 💙

And never ever stop your tears from falling, it is not a sin to cry

Talk to others about your troubles, do not let them multiply

Never poke your nose where you are not wanted, it is not nice to pry

Try to offer your assistance whenever you can

It always pays to be kind and helpful to your fellowman

It is wise to think things through, always best to have a plan

Practise being patient, no one likes a desperate Dan

Try to be optimistic, positivity is always good

Whilst walking out amongst Mother Nature, will put you in a     happy mood

One counts their many blessings, as often as they could

Treat others as you would like to be treated, ridicule is rude.

Caring and compassion, is emotionally strong

Showing someone your kind heartedness, with a sense of a belong

Never look for problems when you know that there is not none

And whenever you are feeling blue, sing yourself a little song
