If a child is born in the United States of America the child can stay...

If the Parents are not Legal Citizens of the United States then it should be up to the Parents to leave the child or take the child back home...

It shouldn't have to be a disputed case...

You enter the Country illegally and can't provide proof of Asylum...

Do what everyone must do to become a productive legal citizen...

Or Go Home...

Come back when you want to do it the right way or find another Country who will allow you in illegally and fully support you with free everything......
