IT'S OKAY TO CRY

Men and boys are prone not to cry 
Always amazes me as I wonder why
Fellas don't usually show emotions as a rule
Installed by parents perhaps or maybe at school 

I am a man and this testimony seems to be true 
Only cried once in my life but nobody knew
Maybe I should show people how I feel
Crying and being upset is no big deal

So being a man it would be okay to weep
Something for me to ponder as I try to sleep
Happiness and good times make the tears go
Not had much of that for this I know
