It's Simple......Just Say Thankyou
For those of you
I begin to write about
you know who you are,
(boojwah writers)
and every excuse is piss poor
any time you went mute
when somebody nicely gestured
opening for you the door.
I'm not being hypothetical
do you think I should consider
throwing stones
from a residence of glass,
well let me assure you
before taking aim at my fortress
that I can back up this ass.
What kills me most
is how I can't understand,
the way one cuts in bleeding words
and emotions
making it all sound grand
but only your silence
meets my approval and support,
do you think I want to write this shit
full of disgusts and retort;
yet my mind murdering question is....
Why did you share, what is your intent?
Don't bullshit a bullshitter
like it was just some sort of vent,
because I write them too
and not all are on display
to just say nothing
I don't think it's okay
for any wandering mindfull eye
leaving such a respectable reply
on the page of an ungracious host
who couldn't give but a moment of time.
For who am I?
I'm no authentic judge or jury
to the most significant
to the simplest of poetry,
Sure there's a lesson
that I could use
falling victim,reading commenting
on what I pick and choose;
Still....I know
when I contribute to this site
appreciation for comments
with two simple words
just seem right.

Hi Devon I am with you here Thank you is such a small gesture
to show you appreciate a comment left on your work
I read so much more than I write I think, but I would not leave a negative
comment I would just not comment. Also if I am honest sometimes
I don t quite understand some writes even if I re read them,
so I could nt comment on them either. Sometimes I am so late getting back
to people who have commented on my work but I always get back and thank people, I am
so appreciative, I sometimes just cant get over the fact people read my work

I am truly thankful for your comment and relation to this write, it gets frustrating taking time to read and comment on someone else's poem and they can't even give you a thank you. Definitely a write that any one contributing to this site will find interesting. You are a decent soul with principles recognizing that which you do not like, and making a stand to try to change circumstances relating to a situation hard to tolerate. Admirable and commendable approach !

Lately iam not as much a contributer of commenting support but when I do and I don't even get so much as a thank you it is frustrating and I attribute that to just plain manners.
