JENNY

JENNY

Jenny was a jumper
I knew it from the start
Her blue eyes shining
It nearly broke my heart

Sprained her ankle on the play ground
Wore it like a prize
Now Jenny was a jumper
I could see it in her eyes

Jenny was a jumper
On her 18th birthday
Jumped in her boyfriends car
And they sped away

Arizona JP
and a LA motel 6
He left 5 months later
Soon she was turning tricks

News travels fast
Didn't take long to get around
Carried on the local news
Seen in every home in town

Jenny didn't find her dream
When life turned out a lie
Jenny was a jumper
Turned out she couldn't fly
