The Job

The Job

History has shown us too many times before

The tragic consequences of war

It is time we all stood in unity

Living in peace and harmony

Without listening to those who espouse hate

Then we can truly celebrate

A world that is caring and free

Where everyone battles poverty

Where everyone cares for their fellow man

Always doing what they can

To make this planet a better place

Where the future looks bright for the human race !

Technology can be used to bring all together

Instead of being a means of slaughter

The dream can become a reality at this time

Because perspectives can be changed online

Many, who dreamt of peace, have come and gone

But ,from their graves, they tell us to be strong,

Achieving what they envisaged for so long !

So, let's make it a better world for those to come

We can then say that was a job well done !

Dedicated to visionaries who gave their lives for peace and unity. Also remembering those lost in war.
