Poem -

Journeys end

Behind the glass he sitsĀ
Looking on the world that once was his.Ā
Does He miss his steering wheel,Ā
The sound of the engineĀ
His finger nail excitedly tapping on the wheel
The out stretched country road winds out before him
The constant changing views.Ā
The purpose and the drive.Ā
His destination now is paradiseĀ
His reward bought for him on a crossĀ
His true employer, God
His life as his faith has bought Him joy in life, hope in death, and glory in Eternity
