Poem -

Just Maybe

Wrapped in Warmth
Holding me as if I am to fall apart any second.
Mending & Repairing
You run your fingers through my hair
You cup my face
Pressing your lips against my forehead
Your lips quiver
Looking up through bloodshot eyes
You look down at me and smile through tears
We are both hurting
Walls are crumbling
Colors are shown
Feeling are raw and unreal
Yet here you are standing in front of me
Cupping my face
Offering support
Through your own pain you smile
Knowing that just maybe you can heal me
Just maybe we can get better
Just maybe
-Faith
