Keen On Keto

Linda and I have been most unhappy, when we step upon the scale;
Extra weight is on our bodies, that we need to quick assail!
So we’ve decided to take a major step, to each lose lots of pounds;
Today we start the Keto Diet, to get our bodies safe and sound!

It is not a cheap undertaking, very special groceries to buy;
When we filled our needs last weekend, three hundred bucks away did fly!
But now that we are well stocked, each week will cost much less;
Filling in as we need to, under a hundred, I would guess!

The preparations take a long time, in the kitchen for several hours;
For every measure has to be perfect, to contain the Keto power!
Each meal is carefully mapped out, follow the instructions to a T;
And the pounds will start to fly off, so happy will we be!

Our source of inspiration, was a heavy guy that we both know;
We hadn’t seen him for three months, when we did, he was all aglow!
He had lost well over forty pounds, on the Keto Diet plan;
We were amazed at his appearance, he looked like a completely different man!
