Did I touch the stars unrealized
Was my kiss potent
Inherent in my capacity
For latent possibilities
Can I see the future
From my crystalline window
Will I control the birds
As the earth's spin
Control's my view of these very stars
That my religion instills
Shall I pour the bloody wine
For Osiris to reach the moon
Or does my potential
Have more than a universe contains
Shall I take the olive branch
And offer the God's
My refrain
Or will you be my religion
Driving my desire
And my taste
For blood......
