The Kiss (Beneath A Cape)

She was alone and his eye would never admire her
A glimmering gold cape had been given to her
The abilities of the cape were entrancing
She could make him see what he desired
But only if he wore it near her
She found him wandering the streets
And thrust the golden cape upon him
He was spellbound by her features
She had used the cape correctly
He now saw her as a goddess
They kissed, immersed within the cape

The picture is actually the painting that inspired it- I'm glad someone wants a cape like that, actually any sort of magical cape would appeal to me, they'd definitely make things easier that's for sure hahah thanks for the comment !
