Kiss of a muse

Kisses from the muse swell with forms from cracked stone
reckless nymphs drag the images out of night
Each one screaming, stop dreaming!
She folds me in her wings
the night disarmed, the curve of sky
Windswept dream of angels creep through
My new eyes up, I give their image to my soul
spirited in hunks of color and lion's roar
Soul astounded,in a moment see, what I and the world have dreamt
With dancing eyes charged by drinking lightning with long kisses
heart rises, peopled with spirits and fire
tenderness and garlands of stars
And my new vision
shatters like a jar
and love took me in
where believing was seeing farther than everything
and everything
fell into me
and I into it
