Poem -

Know your song well......

Actions speak louder than words.

Know your song well......

Know your song well
Before you start singing:
Know your tale well
Before you start telling,
Though never forget -
Actions speak louder than words.

And don’t be a martyr:
You’ve got to be smarter,
Attack when you can,
Defend when you must,
Be certain of those
You rely on and trust.

For people are fickle,
Their support could trickle
Away in a flash:
Know who your friends are,
Whatever you do
Don’t be brash.

Life is a long road,
You’ve got to walk tall:
There will be times
You’ll stumble or fall,
But you’ll rise again
If you follow this code -

Know your song well
Before you start singing:
Know your tale well
Before you start telling,
Though never forget -
Actions speak louder than words.
