Knowledge

Knowledge

What do you see when you look at me?Ā
Is it weakness? Or someone scared? Aloof? Confused?
Can you tell my eyes have seen demons? Hell? And dark spirits?Ā
Maybe because I visited there. Maybe I survived and was not amused.
Money, fast cars, fortune and fame.Ā
Most say they want it, but they really don't know.
That with those things also comes an ending, an ending so cruel.
You lose something important, this thing called your soul.

Welcome to Cosmo, great first entry. I can relate to it, I used to be a workaholic to find things I thought I had to have, now I live simple and work very little. Time is our most valuable possession. ~RobĀ
