Hold me near
And hold me tight.
This tender spell
 you cast this night.
It is La Vie en Rose

When you kiss me
an angel sighs
And when
 I close my eyes
I see the Vie en Rose

When you hold
me to your heart.
Visions of roses start
in a world where roses bloom

And when you speak
Choirs sing from above
Whispered words
turn into love songs.

Oh give you heart
and soul to me.
And life will always be
La Vie en rose
