She stands at the gate her arm held high
Her light of hope blazing under doubtful skies

Declaring to the world that there is safety 
And healing for the worlds rejected 

Come you fearful and despised of the world 
Bring your children to a place you can call home
Walk, run, sail or swim, like a bird scared take to the air
Turn your backs on the tyrants of peace
To the land of freedom where love and unity increases 

Like the garden of Eden where life began
American stands as the promise land 
There is rest for the weary and the broken is made whole 
Freedom in religion and joining of souls

All nations are accepted as one we stand
Lady liberty welcomes you with her torch of freedom
