Lakes and Mountains

Lakes and Mountains

The cold, crisp fog begins to settle on the water;
Droplets of mist fall down onto the horizon

Calm, silent, still
The wind freezes, the lake ripples as the trees sway to the silence

The tall, rocky mountain stands above the fields;
A crack of sun shines through a broken boulder

Bright, blinding, quiet
The sun rises at the crack of dawn, the day is near
