Dogs are obviously the closest companion to man amongst all animals....and they can have "human like" attitude that we're forced to treat them as such....This Haiku is different from all others...I observed it doesn't have the three line and seventeen syllables like the others

Hi Sweet Rose,

This isn't a Haiku, it's an Aphorism, which is supposed to represent a witty saying.  It can also be called an Adage or an Mot.  You're definitely right about doggies, they do have many human traits, and they talk to us with their eyes.  I like to consider myself a "dog whisperer".
