So many years have passed and where did they go?
You are still in my heart

We have grown up and went our own ways
but why did we let our heart go
separate ways?
We were in love so long ago we did notÂ
know but we let it go.
You will always have a part of my soul.
No matter how far away you may be,
you will always be a partÂ
of me.
I don't know if you think of me or if I am a partÂ
of you.
But I know you will never for get me as I will neverÂ
forget you.
I have my life it is good. I am happy butÂ
Sometimes misunderstood.
I have always wondered what would have
been.
If we did not let go of what we had back then.
If we would have still be together orÂ
If we would have ended up tearing eachÂ
other apart.
No matter where you are you will alwaysÂ
have a peace of
my heart.

Yes it is. The other ome I wrote this year. I have not seen him or talk to him. A friend of mine lives close to him. She is the one who told me what he said about me. That he never forgot about me and all ways had me in his heart. He never stopped loving me. But he chose someone else and I went on with my life. I have been married 36 years and have two beautiful daughters and 4 grandchildren. I would someday like to see him again.Â
I have a child with my high school sweetheart. It’s been 27 years since we met. But we are not together. I think I know EXACTLY how you feel. Hugs and smiles.Â
I did not have a child to remember him by but he will always have a place in my heart. Thank you. Hugs backat you.
